Finding Your Balance

Understand your nervous system. Build practical tools for everyday life.

A four-week educational and experiential series to help you recognize your patterns and discover practices that can support you through changing states.

New dates for Finding Your Balance will be announced once confirmed.

A practical approach to finding balance

Our nervous systems are constantly responding to what’s happening around and within us. At times, that can look like feeling anxious, restless, overwhelmed or unable to switch off. At others, it might feel like low energy, disconnection, depletion or difficulty getting going.

Finding Your Balance is a four-week educational and experiential series designed to help you better understand your nervous system, recognize your own patterns, and explore practical ways to support yourself through changing states.

Through yoga therapy-informed education, movement, breath, mindfulness and therapeutic sound, you’ll learn about your nervous system while experiencing practices you can draw on in everyday life.

There’s no expectation that you arrive feeling a certain way, and no previous experience with yoga, mindfulness or sound is needed.

This series may be for you if...

  • You often feel stressed, overwhelmed, restless or unable to switch off.

  • You experience periods of low energy, depletion or difficulty getting going.

  • You’re curious about your nervous system and want to better understand your own patterns.

  • You’d like practical ways to support yourself through different states.

  • You want to experience these practices rather than only learn about them.

You don't need to identify with all of these. Curiosity is enough.

Understand your nervous system
Build your personal toolkit

Over four weeks, we’ll move from understanding how your nervous system responds to stress, to recognizing different patterns and experiencing practices that may support you in each.

The intention isn’t to stay in one perfectly balanced state. It’s to develop greater awareness of what’s happening and build a range of tools you can draw from as your needs change.

What To Expect

Each session blends accessible education, guided exploration, and experiential practices. There will be opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and experience gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and therapeutic sound. You’ll be encouraged to explore what feels supportive for you, at your own pace.

01 Understanding Your
Nervous System

Explore what the nervous system is and how it responds to stress and the demands of everyday life. Begin recognizing your own patterns and how shifts in your nervous system can show up in your body, mind, energy and attention.

Alongside education, you’ll begin experiencing simple practices that encourage awareness and help you notice what feels supportive for you.

Your registration includes:

  • Four 90-minute guided sessions

  • A take-home workbook with guided reflections

  • Yoga therapy-informed practices for everyday life

  • A small-group learning environment

02 Navigating High Activation
& Overwhelm

Explore what high activation can feel like — anxious, restless, tense, overwhelmed, rushed, or unable to switch off — and begin recognizing how it shows up for you.

Experience grounding practices through breath, gentle movement, mindfulness and sound, and explore ways to carry them into everyday life to support greater steadiness and ease.

03 Navigating Low Energy
& Depletion

Explore what low activation can feel like — depleted, heavy, disconnected, unmotivated or unable to get going — and begin recognizing your own patterns.

Experience practices through breath, movement, mindfulness and sound that gently support energy, connection and engagement, while learning to respond to where you are rather than forcing yourself into a particular state.

04 Building Your Personal Toolkit

Bring together what you’ve learned and experienced throughout the series.

Reflect on which practices feel supportive for you, how different tools may serve you at different times, and how you can realistically carry them into everyday life.

Leave with greater awareness, choice, and a personal toolkit you can return to when you need it.
